By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide access to a white-label business growth platform which may include:
CRM and pipeline management
Appointment booking systems
SMS and email automation
AI chat and lead handling
Website and funnel builders
Reputation management
Forms and surveys
Workflow automation

Reporting dashboards
Third-party integrations
Setup, onboarding, and support services
Specific services included depend on your selected plan.
3. Independent Reseller Relationship
We are an independent reseller of services powered by GoHighLevel and are not owned, operated, or directly managed by GoHighLevel.
Your agreement is with The Biz Heroes, not directly with GoHighLevel.
We reserve the right to change providers, integrations, or platform features where necessary.
4. Subscription Terms
All subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By subscribing, you agree to:
Provide accurate billing details
Maintain valid payment methods
Pay all subscription fees on time
Comply with platform usage policies
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. No Long-Term Contracts
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are provided on a rolling monthly basis. with no fixed long-term contract.
You may cancel by providing written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for services already delivered, or the initial setup fee.
6. Setup Fees
Where applicable, onboarding, migration, setup and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes:
CRM setup
Workflow creation
Calendar integrations
Automation builds
Funnel setup
Website migration
AI configuration
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion where:
Duplicate billing has occurred
A technical failure caused complete service inaccessibility
We are unable to deliver agreed setup services
Dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining lawful business practices
Complying with GDPR and marketing regulations
Obtaining customer consent for SMS/email communication
Safeguarding login credentials
Reviewing automation outputs
Ensuring message content complies with applicable laws
We are not liable for misuse of the platform.
9. SMS, Email, and Communication Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
GDPR
PECR
CAN-SPAM
TCPA
Local telecommunications laws
Advertising regulations
Improper use of messaging systems may result in immediate account suspension.
10. Platform Availability
While we aim for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.
Downtime may occur due to:
Third-party platform outages
Maintenance
Software updates
API disruptions
Provider limitations
We are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime beyond our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
All workflows, automations, templates, systems, frameworks, training materials, and proprietary processes created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or replicate these materials without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Lost revenue
Missed leads
Indirect losses
Reputational damage
Business interruption
Third-party software failures
Advertising performance fluctuations
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 30 days.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where:
Payments are overdue
Abuse toward staff occurs
Unlawful activity is detected
Spam or prohibited marketing practices occur
Platform misuse creates operational risk
Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.
14. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your customer data.
Upon cancellation, reasonable access may be provided for export requests for up to 14 days after account closure.
After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the same.
