REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: April 2026
Due to the digital nature of our services, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
This applies to:
CRM access
Automation systems
Software subscriptions
Monthly support services
Setup Fees
Setup, onboarding, migration, and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only where:
Duplicate billing occurred
Billing errors are confirmed
Agreed onboarding services cannot be delivered
Refund requests must be made in writing.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Prohibited Use
You may not use our platform for:
Spam activity
Unlawful marketing
Unsolicited bulk messaging
Fraudulent activity
Misleading advertising
IIlegal business operations
Abuse of communication systems
Phishing or scam activity
Prohibited industries where provider restrictions apply
Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where misuse, spam, abuse, or legal risk is identified.
No refunds apply for suspension caused by policy breaches.
DATA PROCESSING & GDPR POLICY
Effective Date: April 2026
Roles & Responsibilities
In most cases:
You are the Data Controller
We act as the Data Processor for your CRM and automation systems
You are responsible for:
lawful data collection
customer consent
lawful communication permissions
compliance with GDPR and PECR
We are responsible for maintaining secure systems and processing data according to agreed service delivery.
Marketing Communications
You must ensure lawful consent exists before sending:
SMS campaigns
Email campaigns
Voicemail drops
WhatsApp messaging
Automated follow-up communications
Improper use may result in immediate suspension.
Data Processing Agreement
Where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be provided upon request.
